RajGan Group provides custom website development, mobile application development, enterprise ERP/CRM software solutions, UI/UX design, and cloud hosting support under agreed project contracts or Master Services Agreements (MSA).
Upon full final payment of project fees, all custom source code, application assets, designs, and databases created specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client, subject to standard open-source license agreements for underlying libraries.
Project execution follows agreed milestone schedules. Timely client review and feedback are required to adhere to project timelines. Delayed approvals may adjust final launch schedules accordingly.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
